Received bachelor of science from University College, Cardiff, Wales (1955), and a doctorate in chemistry from University College (1958).

NASA EXPERIENCE:
Dr. Llewellyn was chosen with the sixth group of astronauts in 1967. He withdrew from the program on September 6, 1968, for personal reasons.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT:
Dr. Llewellyn is presently a professor in the Department of Energy Conversion and Mechanical Design, College of Engineering, University of South Florida.
